People (child) are riding scooters into the area and leaving them unattended for days. The City needs to pass laws limiting children access to those scooters. There should be a monitoring system as to who is renting their scooters. I am getting tired of stepping over their scooters left unattended on the sidewalk. Some scooters are even broken and their battery taken.
