Checked on 12/17/18, added second cone to sinkhole. Checked pipe, some separation at first and second sections. Will need video inspection of pipe to rule out being the cause. Inside pipe is clean.

Thank you so much for your fast attention to the second sink hole. I’m glad to see the second caution cone in place! It’s an extremely busy and slightly crazy intersection and walkers/runners often have to step it of the way of traffic into the grass here. The cones will help to caution that foot traffic! I hope the hole does not get worse before it is fixed.

Inlet was repaired and sinkhole was lined with filter paper and filled with #57 stone, topped with topsoil, seed and straw. Still waiting on video of pipe. 3/19/19.
