Opis

This park has homeless people living in the bathroom. I live next to this building and they have started fires in the park, there is trash and food all over the floor at ALL TIMES. None of the park lights work, They play loud music and yell. A homeless person told me that they have been putting RAT POISON in the park and I have to worry that they are going to kill my dog. We recently had our building front door broken because of this park. We were unable to enter our building. Yesterday I found a homeless man sitting on the floor in our lobby. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PARK
