SECOND REQUEST: Abandoned White Ford Explorer -No License Plate. Parked for 3+ months with no movement. Never gets tickets. Blocks street sweeping on 62nd Avenue and trash accumulates. Creates health hazards. Vandals stealing parts/tires and use car for drinking/drug use. Ongoing blight and safety issue for this neighborhood. Takes up parking spaces needed for visitors to neighborhood homeowners who pay taxes for city services!
