The landlord throws everything in the back of house over gate in alley . Raccoons and possums come out trash bags left out. Rats coming in house through hole in kitchen under sink. Windows not properly closing heat comes out making light bill higher. Heaters installed in room close to the floor so cords are on the floor and hazardous to fall over. Old a/c unit birds can come in it and get stuck. Front room windows don’t open but one weather strip on door coming off. Terminates eating through wood outside panel fell off from rotten wood.
