    A Continual problem!!!
    I've reported numerous times on the debris in alley. This is a city problem as you're paid for your service and we also pay high taxes! Please clean it up and cite the owners! I'm the owner of 2950 2nd Ave S and I can assure you it's not my tenants. Please review my account and you'll see the history of complaints on this very issue. Thank you

    Garbage debris in alley
    Continual problem! I'm owner of 2950 2nd Ave S and I've also reported this problem NUMEROUS TIMES! The entire alley is always a mess. We pay for your service & pay high taxes, this a problem for the city to resolve. And I sure wish you would!!!

    The end of the alley behind 932 22nd St and behind 935 Union St and behind St Pete College has become both a huge garbage can and a toilet! Bikes, furniture, trash and human waste are being collected in this space and it needs to be addressed. The space needs to be closed off to allow no access. I’ve had tenants and contractors comment on how people use it as a toilet which is unsanitary for all and the “dumping” here is directly linked to all the people who hang out & loiter on the vacant lot and abandoned buildings at 9th/Union St S. I’ve attached a photo of the collected trash & I have a photo of 2 people using it as a toilet. To respect their privacy, Ive only attached the trash photo!

    Tree Roots make getting to parking lot behind 932 22nd Street South an issue. Car under carriages are scraping the roots in the alley and tenants are reporting damage to their cars.
