Beschreibung

Issue was reported and then transferred to "Pavement & Traffic" on 11/20 with no response and no way to follow up. Entire sidewalk (10+ squares in a row) on front of property (46th St S) had images drawn into concrete before drying. Has been here many years. Each block has writing and/or images (see photo) etched in. Must be repaved or planed to remove the 'graffiti' that is permanently etched in.
