Description

Drainage pipe from property dumps directly onto sidewalk. Causes constant icing in winter (ice often hidden by layer of snow, and general slick condition year round. This continual, hazardous condition at 1215 Elder is compounded by the proximity of a second drainage pipe from 1211 Elder, also dumping directly to the sidewalk.
