Description

Drainage pipe from property is being situated to potentially dump water directly onto sidewalk. This is a problem at several nearby properties (1211 and 1215 Elder). Drainage directly onto sidewalk causes constant icing in winter (ice often hidden by layer of snow, and general slick condition year round.
