Hi, this was a pothole report not a utility issue, so I'm reopening. If you meant to close this indicating that San Pablo Ave is controlled by Caltrans and not the City of Emeryville, then I would appreciate the city forwarding this report to Caltrans directly as opposed to expecting SeeClickFix users to do this themselves.
