Resident lives in Curries Woods housing complex. She said that a contractor who was hired to fix the roof took it upon himself to calk around her personal air conditioner so that she can not remove it from the window, which she wants to do because it is allowing cold air to enter her bedroom. She asked housing to address this issue but they refused. This has been on going for several weeks.

I called Annette at Curries Woods office. She said the contractor has been called back and is scheduled to come tomorrow to remove the caulking that he installed around the air conditioner.
I will follow up with resident to ensure it has been done.

Resident called to say that the contractor never showed up to loosen her air conditioner. Now she will be stuck with it allowing cold in over the weekend.
Annette said she left a message with Donna at the main office to get the contractor there.
Maria Serano is complex manager. She will be back on Monday.
