I put in a call to Animal Services and I am waiting for a response from them.

Animal Services informed me that they no longer handle "nuisance wildlife" which is the category the coyotes would fall under. I contacted the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation office and they informed me that they do not handle nuisance wildlife either. The officer said you may have to "engage and pay a trapper to take care of them.
