  The fasted solution is too contact Enterprise truck rentals and see if the truck is stolen or what its status is. It will take weeks for the city to deal with if at all.

  I think the web site is AbandonedAuto@oaklandnet.com or AbandonedAuto@oaklandca.gov The last auto response I recieved from them said they were 4 to 8 weeks out depending on what police beat you are in to put a 72 hour tow notice on. Most of the time it has taken much longer. 6 officers to deal with around 1800 reports per month.
