Light on East College at Candler is way too short. Only letting 3 to 5 cars through a cycle on East College (12:10pm on 11-16-2018). Favoring very long cycle on Candler. Traffic was backed up all the way to the middle schools/kings way. Can you have the state GDOT people lengthen how long it stays active for East College? It took 30 minutes to go from East Lake MARTA to Avvandale MARTA on East College and that is non-rush hour traffic pattern.
