They were provided a copy of the Building Permit Information Notice showing the allowable hours and asked to stop at 7am until 9am while families are sleeping. At 5pm they were given another copy of the Building Permit Information Notice showing the allowable hours and asked to stop so we could enjoy a quiet dinner and they continued to work.

    This work is on the sidewalks around the Texaco Station at East College Avenue and Commerce.
