small black car encroached into our driveway, and pinned the car in front of it between the car if front of that..again. 3 cars crammed into 2 spaces...

parking enforcement is awesome during the day, I hope this happening every night is documented and taken in first thing in the morning so i can get to work without jumping the curb again
