From my observation the city of Chelsea is regularly issuing 4-6 parking permits per apartment. So if every 1-2 bedroom apartment in the city put 4-6 cars on the street that quickly takes up all spaces. Got this problem in Prattville 2 bedroom apartment with 6 registered vehicles yet the city says this apartment is not overpopulated. I’m for a limit of 1 car per person limit on parking permits.
