City staff has reviewed the location. It was placed midway along the path to be within a reasonable walking distance from any location on the path. It is mounted to a path light pole to avoid installing another pole due to the many underground utilities along this easement. There are several locations with trash cans. For the time being, the dispenser will remain in it's current location.
