说明
GW Robinson continually dumps builders sand, polymetric sand (used for landscape and driveway pavers), mulch, etc on the roads in Turnberry Lake subdivision during construction of their homes. The fines from this material end up in the stormwater management system which is now experiencing problems in the Turnberry Lake subdivision. Not silt fences are ever used on their construction projects. We are tired of it as it also impedes traffic flow down to one lane.

This information was also forwarded to the Construction Inspections Superintendent of our division and he contacted the contractor on 10/17/2018. The contractor was informed to properly barricade the material when they have to use the roadway and were also instructed to use the best management practices to insure the stormdrains are being protected from sedimentation. According to their response, the material was to be removed the same day.
Thank you for your time.
