Thank you for submitting your request to the Howard County Department of Public Works. Our staff will investigate this issue and respond.

Investigated issue on 12/19/18. Found some minor brick work and small hole in pipe which can be patched with concrete. This may be the cause of the indentation on the roadway. 20” concrete pipe is clean inside, no debris present. Inlet work will be done by end of January 2019. Roadway will be milled and permanent patch in spring/summer of 2019.

Inlet repaired on 6/25/19. Marked pavement for stakeout on 6/26/19 for fixing roadway. Once stakeout clears, will begin work on sunken patch.
