This could be a Duke Energy issue. Every power pole has a number on it. You can report the pole to Duke on their website, and enter the pole number.

Duke Energy has done their part, Russell; the issue remains because AT&T, and, I believe, Spectrum, have not yet moved their lines. We have been in contact with their engineering dept. directly since the City seems to have no interest in removing this hazard to pedestrians; hopefully they will do something about it.

I think our Raleigh City Councilman needs to made aware of the City Utilities Dept ignoring this dangerous situation ...... it has been this way many months.

I couldn't agree more, Charles. I would hope that our City Councilman monitors this site to see what the issues are in his district.

OK, so I'm getting yet ANOTHER status report; this one saying it's been open for 61 days and solicits any comments. It's been close to 11 months by my count since this pole was broken. The last time i commented, the City referred it to Duke Power regardless of the fact that I said Duke had replaced the pole in my original post. So, my comment to City public services is this: GET ON AT&T AND SPECTRUM TO MOVE THEIR LINES SO WE CAN HAVE THIS OLD POLE REMOVED. I'M TIRED OF IT.

It is the City Utilities who is not being responsible by not forcing the Cable Companies to perform. The City must be the ENFORCER!.

If it is a Duke owned pole, you must call them.
