  • 500-520 Hertford St Raleigh, NC, 27609, USA - Glenwood
The unpaved portion of the Greenway trail that is accessed in the 500 block of Hertford Street and runs alongside Crabtree Creek until you reach the paved portion on the Allegheny Street side needs to have dirt added or tree roots removed to make it safer. it It is extremely (and necessarily) narrow, and there are sections where the underwashed tree roots create an extreme tripping hazard. And ankles and feet are easily injured regardless of how much care is taken. The path is used frequently, and those of us who want to continue to use it would appreciate it being given attention.

  • 5241 Six Forks Rd Raleigh, NC, 27609, USA - Six Forks Corridor
The vegetation growing on the fence at this construction site is a problem because it impedes foot traffic on the sidewalk. Because of the fence, which should be removed altogether, it is impossible to safely pass another pedestrian, or step aside from one, without going into the street.

  • Northbrook Drive Raleigh, North Carolina - Six Forks
There's apparently a persistent slow leak in the water main at the corner of Northbrook Drive and Sampson Street. Initially it appeared to be coming from the hydrant that is in close proximity; but lately the water has gathered at the corner while the gutter in front of the hydrant appears to be dry.
  • 900 Block Of Tyrrell Road Raleigh, North Carolina - Six Forks
This issue has been pending since being reported in July -- the pole was broken early in 2018 and continues to pose a hazard to pedestrians walking down Tyrrell. This includes school children walking to Brooks Elementary. When the accident occurred, a new pole was installed; but the old broken one was left pending relocation of all utilities. The appropriate public utility needs to be made to remove this pole since they obviously do not see it as a pressing issue

  • 4209 Lassiter Mill Rd Raleigh NC 27609, USA - Six Forks Corridor
Sidewalk on Pamlico between Lassiter Mill and Rockingham Street has mud from run off around tree plantings at the Alexan apartments. Needs to fix the problem permanently, not just have the mud removed.
  • Hyde Street Raleigh, North Carolina - Six Forks
This section of sidewalk has been blocked off and in need of repair for months. It's time for it to be fixed.
  • Pamlico Road Raleigh North Carolina - Six Forks
Erosion from plantings at The Alexan apartments has resulted in a permanent accumulation of mud on the Pamlico sidewalk midway between Lassiter Mill Road and Richmond street. I have requested that the mud be shoveled off, the sidewalk hosed clean, and an erosion prevention barrier be installed, but no action has been taken by management. This is a safety hazard.
  • Davidson And Currituck Raleigh, North Carolina - Six Forks
The grate cover for the sewer at the corner of Currituck and Davidson has fallen into the sewer, and there is a significantly large opening that is a danger to pedestrians, and potentially drivers. It needs to be fixed immediately.
  • Vandalism Repair Acknowledged
4401 Six Forks Road Raleigh, North Carolina - Six Forks Corridor
Trash receptacle at #8 route bus stop inbound located on Six Forks Road close to Lassiter Mill intersection was vandalized or damaged as result of car strike and was torn from the pole. Now sitting near a tree close by but crushed and not usable. While this is being replaced, consideration should be given to adding trash receptacles to the two bus stop locations on Lassiter Mill Road across from the shopping center.
