I own a house at 529 Plainview Drive Hartsville, SC. There is a ditch near by which has grown up that help to drain water off the yard. My question is who can help me to clear this ditch so when it rain the water can drain off into the ditch. I live in PA but I rent this house and my yard hold water is a problem. Can you direct me to some one to help me with this problem ? Thank you.
