This has been an eyesore for 9 months (I have reported twice; it kinda got cleaned about 3 months ago) and appears to be a bicycle chop shop as well as a health hazard. I realize it is out of most people's sight, but it is one of the ugliest camps in the Jack London area.

People are constantly pointing out encampments and messes, but the city has to prioritize. I would encourage others to focus on the really nasty messes so as not to overwhelm public services.

This one and Webster under 880 are the worst in the Jack London/Warehouse area as far as I can tell

I just call Ford Go bike to let them know the vagrants have a least one of there bike. I also suggested that they value there bikes over the prop 47 number of 950 dollars so the police can start arresting these lowlifes. Wow what idea which street zomb*es have the nastiest encampment??? How about having all folks running for Major and City council be the judges. They will need to spend the night at each encampment to get a proper feel for just how nasty it really is.
