I’m not sure who’s responsibility it is to maintain this fence that runs along the lily pond on Eastern Ave. It is falling down and looks dangerous for anyone walking on the sidewalk next to it, esp. children or the elderly. Just this weekend I saw kids leaning over it fishing. It needs to be replaced and until then should be cordoned off so that no one gets hurt. Please advise.
