J. Barker spoke with M. Wolf, he is unaware of any sidewalk project for this area. Could resident provide additional information on where there heard a sidewalk project was going through? 11/29/18

The utility marking contractors came through in October to mark all utility lines on the culdesac. I asked them what the reason was and they mentioned that it had to do with sidewalk repairs.

Hello user Nicola Tran, I could not locate any sidewalk replacement slated for your road. Looking back through our history with this address, the County installed a drain nearest your driveway to help elevate the drainage issue from your private property. A plastic pipe was stubbed into the inlet, for the property owner to connect to. I can setup a date and time to meet with you to discuss in the field but this issue is considered the property owners responsibility and not the County's. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to meet on site. Jim B.

We are waiting to be contacted by someone to go over the sidewalk issue. With all the recent rain we've been getting and falling temperatures in the evening, the drainage issue has caused ice on the sidewalk and the street.

There are two other issues being reported on our street and I would like to meet with someone to discuss the issues with stormwater in our neighborhood. Can someone please contact me to arrange a time?

J. Barker met with resident 1/11/19. The County installed a drain and a stub for the resident to connect to to resolve the issue. The previous owner was to make the connection. It appears that did not occur. Resident request a meeting with Russ Ashwell to discuss the issue further because it concerns the sidewalk. No maintenance for Dayton Hwys to perform. Spoke with Russ by phone and he will reach out to the resident.
