We haven't had anyone come out to fix this since the original crew came and confirmed there was hole. The original crew asked that we get our neighbor's permission we got his permission and no one has been back since.

I apologize for the delay in our response. I checked in for an update with the supervisor and unfortunately the weather has just not cooperated with us. He assured me that this issue was a top priority but it is just too wet at the moment to do the work. As soon as it is dry enough the crew will be out to get this issue handled.
