This has been going on for months and has been reported several times by different people. It's happening all times of day and night in all directions. It's even flashing people crossing over Broken Land Parkway on Stevens Forest even though it is meant to catch red light runners on Broken Land. Is there some way of reporting that the whole system is malfunctioning at this site and elevating this for attention? I have not seen this happening anywhere else in Howard County, and this is getting no attention.
