More information is needed. What leads them to believe that work requiring permits is being done? I ask for this information because Construction Code is not legally allowed to go on the property to investigate and we would need more information, such as what is being witnessed? The person making the complaint can remain anonymous by calling the RRC and requesting an internal comment (One only seen by staff) be addressed to me describing what was witnessed so if it looks like work that would require permits, an inspector can be sent out. All information provided will be kept anonymous. The State recently change the rules and there is a lot of work that previously required permits, no longer needs permits. Could you please give more information.
