For the record, in case anyone else cares or is curious about the boundaries for discourse here, Gil's comment from 11/01/21, following the reported pedestrian collision, some 3+ years after this particular issue and its threads were started reads:

"DPW engineering,. Why won't you do anything about the request or do you want more people to get run down?
Or don't you care about anything?!!"
