Cleveland Street needs some speed bumps... all the neighbors on the street complain that cars will drive up to 45 mph on the street which is dangerous for children and pedestrians.

This summer one such driver crashed into a parked car because he was speeding on cleveland. Speed bumps would reduce unsafe conditions and noise pollution.
