The City of Dixon is currently advertising for bids to repave a portion of Pedrick Road. Due to the heavy traffic associated with the cannery during the late summer, the work had to be delayed to avoid traffic conflicts and to avoid the trucks damaging a freshly repaved road.
Additional work will be performed as part of the construction project in progress on the west side of Pedrick Road.
The road is assessed on a regular bases and staff performs pothole repairs within our budget limits.

Following up to my earlier response, the City Council has awarded a contract for paving approximately 600 linear feet on Pedrick Road. The construction project at the southwest corner of Pedrick and the I-80 interchange will repave approximately 1,000 linear feet. Based on the results of these two projects, City staff will monitor the road for additional pot hole repairs that may be necessary.
