Nothing will be done. We live near Home Depot and the encampments here have blown up (some literally) over the last few years. Police do their best to keep an eye on the encampments, but enforcement is limited because our laws don’t allow them to be applied to homeless. For the property you manage, I’d suggest hiring security guards, install better lighting this winter, and calling Emeryville City Hall to complain. Nothing will happen, but you can join the rest of us.
