Description

The bike parking rack in front of Tomatina has been unbolted and is loose, leaning over. It needs to be tightened down and a thread-locking compound applied to keep people from unscrewing the bolts. The bike rack is listing at about a 10-degree angle and no longer a secure spot for locking bikes. Every bike parking rack should be "locked" into the cement AND every bolt should be Loctited down with Red Loctite or stronger anti-loosening compounds.

I tried reporting this from my iPhone with the app but could not find a way to describe the problem once I selected photos from my phone. (!) The iPhone app is NOT acceptably transparent or easy to use. (Do Iog in first? Upload pix first? There are no instructions and there was no path forward clearly indicated to finish the report...BAH!).
