The men's restroom at Lincoln Park has been completely neglected for at least six months now. The level of grime, urine, soap build-up, and other bodily fluids is getting to the point where no reasonable cleaning personnel would want to remedy the situation. It has become so bad that only a deep cleaning with a pressure washer would probably be in order. Thereafter, I hope that it will once again be maintained.

When Mr. John McDonald was in-charge, I never saw anything like this. Maybe the Parks Department can enlist his help on a part-time basis.
