Winn Dixie managers have been told about their shopping carts and they have done nothing either. Maybe the city can light a fire under these lazy store managers and tell them to come and get them.

This place has been in the same condition for the 20 years I've lived in the neighborhood. The codes people are too busy checking the short term rentals that are kept in pristine condition to have time to deal with the actual dilapidated properties that need attention.

When is something going to be done about this property? The sidewalk is now basically covered with lawn clippings, broken limbs, etc. Someone is going to get hurt. Why hasn't the City done something about this nasty issue?????

What's it going to take to get the City to come down on the lazy home owner of this property? How many complaints do you need?

The good news is this house is in foreclosure and is being sold as a short sale. The new owners close in January. Hopefully the new owners will flip it or tear it down.

When is the City going to get this sidewalk cleaned up? How many times does it have to be reported? Does someone have to get hurt first before the City takes action? I understand that the house is in foreclosure. So what. The current owner needs to clean up this property and the City needs to be proactive in getting this taken care of.

FINALLY! The City has taken action and these lazy people have finally cleaned up the sidewalk. Now if you can only get them to clean up the rest of the property that would be great. This house has small children living in filth. Time for these people to be evicted and this house torn down.

These types of problems tend to work themselves out, especially given the value of the properties in the area. I looked up the address on Zillow and it was sold in April. It is possible that the new owner is going through the lengthy process of eviction. In May, Permits were pulled for the demolition of the structure. There will be a no lot McMansion put up there so don't worry... I'm sure they'll be better neighbors.
