Gigantic holes have developed in our alley. This is causing damage to our cars and produces large lakes during rain (See pic). Please address.

Our alley has massive potholes and our cars are taking a terrible beating driving down it. The alley is mostly dirt but has some areas that are paved. Both paved and dirt need major repairs. The alley is located behind the listed address between 28th and 29th avenues.

I submitted a request to Duke energy to have tree limbs cut off the power poles behind the home at 850 29th Ave N, Saint Petersburg, FL 33704. Duke energy stated that based on the attached photo that the lines affected are Communication lines and not power. They have refused to address. The tree has grown into the lines and are in the alley behind this home. The limbs are between poles and these lines are shared by the entire street. These poles run along the alley and are in a public space (Not private property). Please see attached photo which shows how precarious the situation is. Any high winds would knock these lines down and our entire street would be impacted. This could also potentially be a shock and/or fire hazard. The resident that lives at this address is elderly and indigent. Unfortunately, there should be no expectation that the homeowner will take care of this.

I ask that a Tree Trimming Coordinator be sent out to assess the situation and hopefully these limbs can be removed.

    Sincerely,

    Patrick Cotter

The Pedestrian Crosswalk Lights are not working. This is extremely dangerous. These are the signals that allow walkers to safely cross from Crescent Lake over 22nd Ave N to 5th Street N.

The owner of 840 29th Ave N. Placed a construction dumpster behind his house more than 3 months ago and it is now overflowing with trash and debris. With this rain, this open container also provides a breeding ground for mosquitoes.

There are numerous pot holes in the back of the Church of the Beatitudes. They are not being addressed and these, in addition to church vehicles, are blocking cars from entering the alley that, we as neighbors, depend upon for access to parking. See attached picture of what I was faced with after work today.

A block long Graffiti along the side of the Credence Capital Partners building 2805 MLK BLVD N. This is some sort of gang tagging and there is nothing artistic about it. I work way to hard keeping my houses' appearances up to have to drive by this as I enter my neighborhood. The Police reported this vandalism as occurring in or around 11:30PM on 9/15.

To date there have been no efforts to cover up the graffiti. I have called both the city and Credence Capital Partners to complain and to get an ETA. To date, my calls have gone unreturned. I would like to provide you all the same #s I've been calling to hopefully shine a light on this problem. Credence Capital Partners - 727 350 5906
