I was hoping that the city would clean the street and then put down the green barriers.. when it rains the mud and dirt collects all thru the neighborhood into driveways and the sewage drain. PLEASE resolve this very important issue. Thank You.

We have previously spoken with the owner of the property behind you about cleaning the end of the roadway and putting up something to help filter the dirt out of the water. Since a portion of this property is about to be developed, they asked that we allow them to install those erosion control items when they begin construction on this new phase of the subdivision. Knowing construction will begin soon, we agreed to this.

We have a meeting tomorrow to discuss the new construction and allow them to begin that new phase. I will reiterate to the contractor and the owner the importance of resolving this issue in a timely manner to minimize future runoff.

We will leave this issue open until they have installed those erosion control items, and then will close it.
