The white curb for a senior housing, 211 8th St., is being overtaken by the customers of Won Kee Supermarket, 223 8th Street, Oakland. Cars are parked there and when someone need to use the white curb for the residents for this housing is not available. Sometimes, cars are even double parked there. Please look into this matter. Thank you.
