There is a steel plate covering the road that is incredibly loud when a car goes over it. It can be heard half a block away every single time a car drives down 35th Ave. The loud noise is a public nuisance and needs to be addressed ASAP. The entire neighborhood is subjected to this noise pollution on a very busy Main Street.
