This house is a private health care facility currently. It has long been poorly maintained. Recently some work has been done to remove accumulated debris from the roof on the front of the house, but debris remains on the back roof. Recently some work was done to remove brush, overgrown bushes and weeds from the front of the property, but the backside remains a mess. During this recent "work" five bushes along the side of the property were cut without permission, and these bushes are actually part of the neighbors property (611 Hill Street). Currently a large pile of debris sits unattended at curbside.
