Wow people keep using other people's properties are bringing down their property values news flash look at the houses around us they have all sold for a lot higher than in years previous so get bent.

This is the only house that has sold after 2020. It sold a few weeks ago and sold for more than asking price so obviously this property is not damaging too much of property values it's sold for way more than asking. I can't stand people who don't do a little homework to back what they say.

Unless you’re the homeowner or one of the many random people that are constantly in and out of that house with out-of-state plates - why even care? The house has become a trash heap since it sold. Miss the previous owner that actually tried to take care of the property.

I see nothing wrong with that property. I will be going and talking to the owner and telling them about you and people like you need to be stopped.

This isn’t social media and most people don’t even know about his app - it’s to report issues to the city for things like code violations my dude. Lawns need to be mowed - you can’t store unused vehicles on property - the fence is missing multiple panels.

So what is it to you what is on this other person's property you need to be yelling at the city for things like stop signs or yield signs that are not in place. What you need to be complaining to the city of about on this app is things like missing stop signs or yield signs on a lot of intersections around here or the roads that are so pothole riveted that you get a bent rim every time you drive down them you need to stop worrying about what is on other people's property and start informing the city of what's actually wrong with it.

Unless your name is Diana you don’t own that house, property records are public knowledge. If you don’t want to follow city ordinances then move out of the city limits - because she definitely agreed to those when she bought the house and either paid for it or took out a loan.

You don't owe the property you shouldn't have the right to say anything that's going on on it. I have contacted the place that I have signed my mortgage papers with indeed and they said that we did not sign anything saying we would follow any laws regarding our property so think again show me where we signed our rights away to the city

There are too many people in this city that have enough class to take an ounce of pride in their property. You and your handful of trash friends aren’t some movement - you’re not stopping anybody. Sadly, we are most likely not dealing with anyone in the house in question. If you search “Wisconsin rapids concerned citizens” on Facebook there is a lot of chatter about this whole thing there - with full names. Haha

Oh ya this guy isn’t the house in question but if you look up his name on property records you can see where his house is and it’s a dump.
That group is a joke and that guy that thinks he’s gonna run for mayor. Hope someone looks him up on ccap and sees what he’s really like hahaha
