Description

Homless man in the middle of Bond st( cross st high) has built a fortress out of shopping carts, trash, dry grass etc. Gathers trash from the neneighborhood and throws it around his area. Has spilled into the street and is blocking 3 or 4 cars worth of parking spots. He is also aggressive and loud, walks around with his genitals exposed, and has threatened multiple residents multiple times. This is within a block of 2 schools, and while noone likes it, children especially don't need to see a strangers penis
