This is very wrong. You continue to closse out tickets WITHOUT any actual work being done. There is no accountability or follow-up. The County approved the wire installation by BGE under the Building Code. The area is to be restored to Howard County Standards and this damage and fall hazzard has been like this for MONTHS! Tammy, respectfully, please follow-up or have your supervisor do it. Our townhouse community pays taxes to pay YOUR salary. You work for the residents of Howard County and not the other way around. Have your supervisor contact me after he talks to CID. HoCoTell needs to actually do some work and not just push messages and close out issues inappropriately

The BS continues at the CID Divson, I received a call from an guy at 410-313-4970. Agan another Howard County employee afraid to leave hs air conditioned office and wants to just call. He claims that the damages are NOT his responsibility. Howard County permitted this work to be done and it hasn't been restored and is a dangerous situation. The system is BROKEN. This reporting process doesn't work because nobody wants to actually do any work only make calls to the individual who reports the problem. This needs to be escallated. Whoever approved the work should male sure the contractors restored the grounds not left a holes for middle school children and adults to get hurt in. Have your supervisor call and spak to the j"Its Not MY JOB" guy at 410-313-4970.
