Description
grass in gutters has been reported twice so far this smmer with no action. this grass in some places over a foot tall, growing from cracks in roadway and gutters, not from people yards in most cases. this needs to be sprayed with weed killer as used to be the usual practice when street sweeping in years past. this impedes the flow of rainwater runoff to sewers and water backs up, promoting misquitos. please, please make some action with this issue. by the way, could not find the twice previously reported times on this site, maybe you closed and deleted but not resolved.
