Alley between 96-95th St is unsafe! Tremendous amount of construction, unfinished & uneven paving from Atlantic Broadband underground cable installation, big trucks blocking pathway, full of construction debris & butts, and dust is covering the business employees’ cars. Recently, an employee car had 2 flat tires within 3 days. Please remedy the situation as soon as possible. Thank you.
