Dog on beach off leash. This person stays at The Four Winds Condo #707. He has been reported 4 times to the property manager & condo board for not having his dog on a leash, with the dog barking & charging at an owner in the backyard of the Four Winds. He clearly violates the basic dog behavior for a dog but continues to ignore the rules This has got to stop! Fines need to be given immediately!..,.

Dog excrement is everywhere in Surfside; beach, walking path, hard pack, Collins. Now it's reached Harding Ave in the middle of the downtown business shopping district
This is a major quality of life issue. We need to initiate fines starting at $200 for first offense! Including fines for walking dogs in restricted areas; beach and walking path...
