brush needs to be cut back near 30 Elm Street. Resident said he called about a month ago. Same resident said that the sidewalk on Washington St near the railroad tracks is very bumpy. He almost tripped the other day. It's the right hand side as you are coming from grant circle towards Rail Road Ave
