Phelps Luck Drive is in need of better traffic calming. There have been multiple recent incidents of vehicles parked on the street being hit by distracted drivers, which prompts residents to park their vehicles on the grass strip between the mountable curb and the sidewalk in order to protect them from being hit. Has the county recently studied traffic calming in this area and adding non-mountable curbs to discourage parking on the grass?
