Hello. A video camera has been installed on a utility poll at the end of Wheeler St. This has neighbors concerned given privacy concerns and we are under the impression that nothing can be installed on utility polls in Gloucester. Can you please remove or advise?

The poles are the property of National Grid - please reach out to them 1-800-322-3223.
City Ordinance - Sec. 14-8. refers to posting notices on utility poles, trees or public buildings, not a situation such as this
